You must have had a great time in New Orleans, I think! My husband went through his job, for a few days, last year. I could have gone with him, but would have been left to my own devices for most of the time, so I declined. It turned out to be not such a brilliant trip, as there was a bit of a mix up with his hotel, so I felt that I'd made the right decision!

I love the Big Easy, go to the hand grenade bar and get trashed - don't forget to have some Oysters at the oyster bar across from Magazine and maybe a nice shrimp po'boy
